Rapid Selective Detection of Ascorbic Acid Using Graphene-Based Microfluidic Platform

In this paper, we present a compact microfluidic platform for selective detection of ascorbic acid. The chip was fabricated by xurography technique with channel placed between the silver electrodes. To increase conductivity and enhance electron transfer process, graphene sheet deposited in gap suspension tablets acid mixture isomalt, sugar substitute, were injected channel. Measuring electrical parameters at contacts, it possible to successfully differentiate from isomalt. sensing mechanism developed is based on overall concentration acid, resulting decrease resistive capacitive proposed equivalent circuit. addition found improve response linearity 5.28% lower limit quantification 12%, compared reference structure without graphene.
